Before establishing Aphropean Partners, Rita worked for several years in the marketing, communication and knowledge management field across Africa and Europe. Today, she helps organizations devise customized strategies that address the specific engagement needs between interdisciplinary and intercultural groups.

Rita has extensive experience working with Professionals and Executives to champion group dynamics and frequently facilitates interactions with audiences, employees and teams. With her deep interest in the scientific study of groups, Rita’s engaging style and passion for the work have made her a sought-after consultant, trainer and moderator. Her clients include the Federal Chancellery of Austria, the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber, the Austrian Federation of Trade Unions, Global Responsibility, Great Place To Work, Horizont3000, International Finance Corporation, UNIDO, and more. Rita founded Frontiers of Dialogue Forum, an association that promotes social and economic activities between Africa and Europe. She also established Women Go International, an initiative to equip female entrepreneurs with the skills and know-how to internationalize their business activities.

Rita is a certified Facilitator and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Edinburgh Business School, a BSc in Business and European Studies from the University of Hertfordshire, and diplomas in Equality & Diversity, Gender Mainstreaming, and System Thinking.
